Mediterranean seasoning oil

The Mediterranean seasoning oil consists of unpeeled rapeseed with a spice composition of paprika, oregano, pepper, basil, coriander, rosemary, mustard seeds, thyme, onions and marjoram. It is used to refine Mediterranean dishes such as pizza and paella, meat, fish and soups - which should be enhanced with the authentic taste of these Mediterranean herbs.

Herbs de Provence seasoning oil

Herbs of Provence seasoning oil contains cold-pressed herbal extracts of thyme, chervil, marjoram and rosemary (no lavender) in virgin rapeseed oil. As the culinary icing on the cake for salads and vegetable dishes, roast potatoes and tomato dishes, delicious with meat, fish and cheese, as well as for dips, soups and sauces or simply drizzled on crusty baguette - it brings the scent of Provence and natural enjoyment to the prepared dishes.

Herb Garlic Seasoning Oil

Our herb garlic seasoning oil is a tasty blend of virgin sunflower oil, rapeseed oil and safflower oil - enriched with rosemary, bay leaves, juniper berries, caraway seeds, mustard seeds and pepper as well as a fresh clove of garlic! It can be used to refine salads, hot dishes, soups and sauces, but also tastes delicious on fresh baguette or white bread. The oil tolerates moderate heating in the pan and turns hot dishes into real delicacies! For hot and cold dishes, hearty salads, ideal for marinating meat and fish or as a spicy addition to soups and sauces. Also tastes delicious simply drizzled over fresh baguette or baked on bread in the pan.
