Salad with raspberries

Our Raspberry Vinegar Cream has a sweet and tart raspberry note and, when combined with walnut oil, is not only great with summer salads but also as a topping for desserts such as vanilla ice cream and panna cotta. Desserts such as waffles, crêpes and fruit salads can also be enhanced with the vinegar cream. One bottle contains the juice of about 375g of freshly picked raspberries.

The raspberry vinegar cream is a perfect match for our freshly milled, cold-pressed hazelnut oil, spicy mustard oil or fine poppy seed oil. Of course, the sweet cream also goes well with many other oils - a vinaigrette can be made in endless variations with our fine vinegar creams and freshly milled oils. The basic recipe is very simple: 1 part vinegar, 3 parts oil and salt and pepper to taste.

Naturally additive free

If you discover a cloudy, jelly-like mass in an open bottle of vinegar cream after a while, it does not mean that it has gone off. On the contrary, it is a good sign that the vinegar has been produced traditionally and is not pasteurised. A so-called vinegar mother is formed. This is what experts call the important acetic acid bacteria that convert alcohol into acetic acid with the help of oxygen. When vinegar is opened, these natural helpers may become active again.

Slight colour changes are also normal with organic products, including our raspberry vinegar cream. If the opened vinegar darkens slightly over time, this does not affect the quality, on the contrary, natural colour differences show that we do not use colourings, but offer you a natural product.

Mango

Exotic Mango Vinegar Cream is particularly fresh and fruity. The intense flavour of mango makes this vinegar an ideal accompaniment to crêpes and waffles. It also adds a special fruity note to sweet and sour Asian sauces. A dressing made with passion fruit seed oil and mango vinegar cream will enhance any salad.

Blackberry

Our Blackberry Vinegar Cream is the perfect finishing touch for fruit salads and desserts. The sweet and sour cream is also perfect for dressings. It is best paired with our cold-pressed nut oils such as walnut oil, hazelnut oil or macadamia nut oil.

Sliced pomegranate

Pomegranate seeds are a popular ingredient in salads and desserts. The fine Pomegranate Vinegar Cream adds a unique touch to fruit salads, raw vegetable salads and goat's cheese. Combine it with our Pomegranate Seed Oil and you have a dressing for gourmets.

Orange

Our Orange Vinegar Cream is a fruity-sweet blend of artisan balsamic vinegar and organic orange juice concentrate. The cream enhances salad dressings and sauces and goes well with Asian dishes. It can also be used in desserts such as waffles, crêpes, ice cream and fruit salads.

Date

Our Date Vinegar Cream adds a sophisticated sweetness to salads and sauces. There is no need to add honey or sugar when making dressings. Don't miss out: our date vinegar cream is perfect with mozzarella, goat's cheese and halloumi. It pairs perfectly with our cold-pressed Argan Oil, made from roasted argan almonds.

The quality of our culinary delights is very important to us and the motto of our family business has always been quality over quantity. This means that much of the production of our vinegar creams is still done by hand. This starts with the selection of organic raw materials, the careful production of the base vinegars and the balancing of the other fine organic ingredients.

We make our vinegar creams in small batches. The precious vinegars are never mixed with synthetic additives. This preserves the typical taste and high quality of our products.

Ich mag Himbeeressig an sich ganz gerne, was mir hier leider überhaupt nicht gefällt ist der Invertzucker. Leider für mich ein No-Go mit meiner IR. :-( Ich war echt enttäuscht, dass hier diese Art von Süße gewählt worden ist.
