Our coriander, fennel and dill seasoning oil is a blend of cold-pressed organic rapeseed oil with fennel, coriander and dill. It stimulates the appetite and aids digestion.
The seasoning oil is particularly suitable for fish dishes. It also enhances colorful salads, vegetable terrines, dips and sauces as well as vegetable soups. It gives marinades and chutney a fresh taste.

Anyone who has ever cycled through the Weserbergland at the end of April to the beginning of May will hardly have missed the many yellow fields during the rapeseed blossom. But not all rapeseed is the same: for our fine, cold-pressed edible oil, we naturally rely exclusively on organically grown rapeseed, which, fortunately, is cultivated by a number of organic farmers in our region. So we know for sure that our rapeseed has not been artificially pushed with liquid manure, sewage sludge or artificial fertilizers, has not been treated with herbicides or pesticides and that no genetic engineering is involved.
This is why we conclude fixed cultivation contracts with certified organic farmers in the surrounding area year after year and are happy to pay fair prices - so that we can continue to reliably press cold-pressed, virgin organic rapeseed oil for you in our oil mill in the future. Discover this culinary treasure from our Weserbergland region. As the "olive oil of the north", our organic rapeseed oil even clearly surpasses the "olive oil of the south" in its content of polyunsaturated fatty acids. We use it as the basis for our coriander fennel dill seasoning oil.
Usage
The coriander, fennel and dill seasoning oil is suitable for preparing colorful salads, vegetable terrines, dips and sauces as well as fish dishes and vegetable soups and adds fresh flavor to marinades and chutneys.
