Our Basil Seasoning Oil is an aromatic combination of freshly cold-pressed organic rapeseed oil and freshly harvested basil. This popular seasoning oil is rich in unsaturated fatty acids and is vegan, lactose-free and gluten-free.

Basil is a must in every kitchen. When fresh basil is not available, our Basil Seasoning Oil is the perfect alternative for refining pasta and pizza - and of course for the classic tomato and mozzarella salad.

Basil with Organic Rapeseed Oil

Basil (Ocimum basilicum) is one of the most popular herbs in authentic Mediterranean cuisine. And rightly so: there is simply no substitute for the fragrant, spicy aroma of fresh basil leaves. Unfortunately, basil loses its delicate flavour when dried. Although it can be grown in pots all year round, it doesn't stay fresh for long in the home kitchen.

Dieses Öl war eine Offenbarung, als wir es zum ersten Mal zum Testen bestellten... nun diesmal ist es eins unseren Lieblingsölen geworden und es wird höchstwahrscheinlich immer wieder bestellt. Die Kinder lieben es im Mozzarella-Tomaten-Salat, aber nicht nur, auch in anderen frischen Salaten eine köstliche gelungene Mischung.... mehr >>

Nicht nur die Kinder... die Großeltern waren zu Besuch und das Öl wurde sehr schnell immer weniger. Also hiermit haben sie es auch zum Weihnachten als Geschenk dabei ;-) .

Ich habe dieses Würzöl mal zum Probieren bestellt und wir sind restlos begeistert! Es ist der Hammer! Unglaublich lecker und aromatisch! Es gibt den Speisen eine ganz besondere Note. Ich habe es bereits zu Spaghetti mit Gemüse-Tomaten-Soße (zum Verfeinern vor Verzehr, nicht Mitkochen!) und in Tomaten-Mozzarella-Salat benutzt.... mehr >>

Schmeckt dieses Mal wirklich lecker. Als ich es das 1.Mal gekauft hatte, war ich gar nicht zufrieden. Es hatte einen unangenehmen Geschmack und ich habe es letztlich weggeschüttet. Dann wurde mir von einer Freundin zufällig ein kleines Probierfläschchen zusammen mit weiteren Ölen geschenkt. Da schmeckte es sehr lecker. Daher... mehr >>

Eine der größten Entdeckungen: sehr lecker und gelungen. Wir haben Gäste und wir merken, wie jeden Tag die Flasche leerer wird. Gut bekömmlich, tolle Geschmacksnote, eins unserer Lieblinge. Bestellen wir gerne wieder. Am liebsten hätten wir es gerne in größeren Flaschen oder Kanister bestellt. Hoffentlich kommt es ja noch.
