Organic linseed oil
Organic linseed oil, also known as linseed oil, is obtained from the ripe seeds of the linseed plant (also known as the flax plant). It is a healthy and natural edible oil that is cold-pressed fresh from the mill every day in our oil mill in the Weserbergland and then gently filtered. Apart from linseed, hardly any other type of seed contains such large quantities of the valuable omega-3 fatty acid alpha-linolenic acid. Our mill-fresh, cold-pressed organic linseed oil contains around 50 g of alpha-linolenic acid per 100 g and has a shelf life of eight to ten weeks after production.
Correct storage ensures the quality of the valuable linseed oil. Once opened, please always keep our organic linseed oil well sealed and in the refrigerator. Do not use it for frying, but preferably for preparing cold dishes, such as jacket potatoes with quark and linseed oil.

Organic hemp oil
Our organic hemp oil is cold-pressed from hemp seeds from controlled organic cultivation. The greenish oil has a mild, nutty flavor. The oil contains over 70 g of unsaturated fatty acids per 100 g. In addition to linoleic and alpha-linolenic acid, it contains around 3 g per 100 g of gamma-linolenic acid, an omega-6 fatty acid that is rare in edible oils. Virgin hemp oil also contains other valuable plant substances such as carotenoids. There are also vitamins such as tocopherols (vitamin E). This high proportion of linoleic acid and alpha-linoleic acid has a positive effect on strengthening cell membranes. Hemp oil is also known as the "queen of edible oils". It has an ideal balance between omega-6 and omega-3 fatty acids of 3:1.
Our hemp oil with its mild fragrance is also very popular as a skin and hair care oil. It can be applied pure to the skin as a rich care product or mixed with the daily moisturizer for face and body. Dry, sensitive and mature skin in particular benefits from the moisturizing and protective properties of cold-pressed hemp oil.

Organic black cumin seed oil
Our Egyptian black cumin seed oil is cold-pressed fresh from the mill from fully ripened Egyptian black cumin seeds from organic farming. It is then only filtered, not deodorized or refined, and is characterized by its golden yellow color and balanced taste. It can be heated up to a maximum of 90 °C. As a vital oil, it is enjoyed pure by the spoonful, but is also used as a typical seasoning for oriental dishes. Black cumin seed oil is dominated by the essential, doubly unsaturated linoleic acid. This helps to maintain a normal blood cholesterol level. The positive effect is achieved with a daily intake of 10 g linoleic acid (equivalent to around 2 tablespoons of 8 g). A special feature of black cumin seed oil is the high proportion of essential oils, which - depending on the year of harvest and growing conditions - ranges from 0.5 g to 2.5 g per 100 g, plus bitter and tannins such as nigellin and thymoquinone. They give black cumin oil its distinctly intense, typical flavor, but also explain its popularity for a variety of folk applications.
