Our tandoori seasoning oil brings Indian flair to every dish. Tandoori is an Indian spice blend of cumin, coriander, turmeric, ginger, garlic and chili. Cold-pressed in virgin sesame oil, it is particularly recommended for its subtle spiciness and mild garlic note. Whether roasted chicken, grilled cheese, vegetable, tofu and noodle dishes, soups, dips and sauces, Tandoori seasoning oil adds an exotic accent to hot and cold dishes.

Valuable sesame oil as a base

The virgin sesame oil from Ölmühle Solling is cold-pressed from unroasted sesame seeds fresh from the mill. This preserves valuable ingredients particularly well. Unroasted, virgin sesame oil is an important ingredient in Ayurvedic and macrobiotic cuisine. Compared to sesame oil, which is pressed from roasted seeds, virgin oil has a particularly mild taste.

Tandoori ist eine wunderbare Geschmacksintensität zu Gemüse, über Nudeln, Kochdinkel. Ich persönlich finde es intensiv und etwas scharf in der Geschmachsnote,deswegen benutze ich es sehr sparsam. Liebe Genussgrüße Anita

Das Öl ist geschmacklich sehr gut. Für meinen Geschmack muß man aber zuviel verwenden, damit man es an einem Gericht wirklich schmeckt. Dadurch ist der Verbrauch sehr hoch steht für mich nicht Verhätnis zum Preis.
