Our set of seed and nut oils contains five oils in a 20 ml bottle: roasted argan oil, roasted pumpkin seed oil, plum seed oil, mustard oil and walnut oil. Perfect for salad dressings and as a gift.
Organic argan oil
Our organic ar gan oil from roasted argan almonds is obtained from the tasty nuts of a tree native to Morocco. The 100% organically grown nuts are traditionally cracked by hand by Berber women and, after roasting, cold-pressed into argan oil using small spindle presses - the liquid gold of Morocco. As a dietary supplement, argan oil is rich in unsaturated fatty acids and a valuable source of vitamin E.
Organic pumpkin seed oil
Styrian organic pumpkin seed oil made from roasted pumpkin seeds is an edible oil with a dark green color and nutty flavor. Pumpkin seed oil, which is pressed from mildly roasted pumpkin seeds, contains vitamin E as well as essential fatty acids. It is particularly suitable for preparing salads, soups, sauces, cheese, meat and vegetable dishes as well as for desserts, pastries and creams.
Organic plum kernel oil
Our organic plum kernel oil is a true rarity among edible oils. This exceptional oil is gently cold-pressed from the aromatic kernels of freshly harvested plums. The plum kernels we use to produce this fine oil come from controlled organic cultivation. The kernels are first dried and removed from the hard, protective skin and then processed into oil in spindle presses.
Organic mustard oil
In addition to the well-known edible mustard, a valuable oil with a piquant spiciness can also be pressed from the mustard seeds. Organic mustard oil is a culinary rarity that is very popular in Indian cuisine, but is also ideal for preparing salads and meat and fish dishes in this country.
Organic walnut oil
Organic walnut oil is ideal for hot and cold dishes. Walnut oil should not be used for frying due to its high content of polyunsaturated fatty acids (and because it is simply too bad). Walnut oil is particularly recommended for use in salads, soups and sauces as well as for desserts, pastries, creams and dressings.
