ORGANIC Set Golden Milk

Golden milk is a drink from the yoga kitchen and is also becoming increasingly popular in this country and praised for its many health benefits. It is known as a detox drink and is prepared with almond milk. This set consisting of turmeric powder, coconut oil and cinnamon almond spice oil is ideal for preparing golden milk. The special thing about golden milk, also known as golden milk, tumeric latte or turmeric latte, is its turmeric content. The Far Eastern ginger plant has been an integral part of the spice rack for thousands of years and is better known in this country as a spice in Southeast Asian dishes. The golden yellow powder from the turmeric root is said to have many beneficial properties in Ayurvedic cuisine - including an anti-inflammatory effect. The popular golden milk is usually prepared on the basis of almond milk. Alternatively, oat or soy milk can also be used. In most recipes, the addition of one teaspoon of almond oil per cup is recommended. For this reason, our cinnamon almond seasoning oil is perfect for preparing cold or warm golden milk.

Cinnamon Almond Seasoning Oil

Our cinnamon almond seasoning oil is a fine blend of sweet cinnamon with freshly cold-pressed almonds. It enhances smoothies and golden milk, refines rice pudding and muesli and adds an authentic cinnamon note to desserts, ice cream and whipped cream.

Turmeric powder

Our turmeric powder is produced gently and in raw food quality from organically grown turmeric roots. The yellow roots are peeled after harvesting, gently dried at a maximum temperature of 40 °C and ground into a fine powder. This gentle production process preserves the valuable ingredients and natural color in their best form. Turmeric powder contains the secondary plant substance curcumin and is particularly popular in Ayurvedic cuisine and naturopathy. Our turmeric powder is free from preservatives, colorants and flavorings, vegan and lactose-free.

Coconut oil

The virgin coconut oil from Ölmühle Solling comes from fully ripe coconuts from organic farmers in Sri Lanka and the Philippines. The coconut flesh is gently dried and processed fresh from the mill into coconut oil without the brown seed coat. The valuable oil from the exotic nut is not only of the highest quality in terms of taste and versatile in use, it also has impressive nutritional values: although coconut oil contains many saturated fatty acids, it is a special type of fatty acid. The oil consists largely of medium-chain fatty acids, known as MCTs (medium chain triglycerides), such as lauric acid. This lauric acid, which makes up almost half of the fatty acids in coconut oil, is an important component of breast milk, among other things. Combined with a varied diet, organic coconut oil makes an important contribution to a balanced diet.
