ORGANIC Echt! - local classics selection

This set consists of three seasoning oils in a 100 ml bottle. Included are our Wild Garlic, Basil and Spicy Salad Oil in a gift box. All three oils have been awarded the Echt! quality seal of the Solling-Vogler region.

Basil seasoning oil

Unpeeled rapeseed and fresh basil leaves are cold-pressed fresh from the mill for the basil seasoning oil. They combine to create a full-bodied taste experience. Basil seasoning oil gives salads, pizza and pasta a typical Italian touch. Ideal for tomato and mozzarella salad!

Spicy salad oil

Spicy saladoil is a fine blend of freshly cold-pressed sunflower and rapeseed oil combined with extracts of fresh basil, tarragon and dill seeds. In addition to salads, the salad oil also refines dips and sauces of all kinds and gives fish dishes, quark dishes or vegetable soups a special touch.

Wild garlic seasoning oil

Wild garlic seasoningoil: The local spring herb wild garlic meets our mill-fresh, cold-pressed organic rapeseed oil - the result is a full-bodied taste experience. After the aromatic wild herb almost fell into oblivion, wild garlic has been celebrating a well-deserved comeback in gourmet cuisine for several years now. Our wild garlic seasoning oil is rich in unsaturated fatty acids, vegan, lactose-free and gluten-free. Both the wild garlic and the rapeseed oil for the wild garlic seasoning oil come from organic farms in the Weserbergland region.
