Our Chinese cuisine set consists of a 100 ml bottle each of peanut oil, sesame oil from mildly roasted seeds and ginger-lemongrass seasoning oil in a gift box. Three delicious, cold-pressed oils that go particularly well with steamed vegetables, tofu, meat and fish preparations.
For fans of Asian cuisine, a selection of typical oils is available to bring the authentic flavor of South-East Asian cuisine to your dishes. For the necessary spiciness, we also recommend our chili seasoning oil.
Peanut oil
Our cold-pressed organic peanut oil is an edible oil with a sweet, mild peanut flavor. It has a matt yellow color and the typical smell of roasted peanuts develops when frying. Peanut oil becomes cloudy at temperatures below 10 °C and should therefore not be stored in the refrigerator. The peanuts are not roasted before pressing. Virgin organic peanut oil is therefore milder and less intense than roasted peanut oil. Peanut oil is an ideal oil for hot dishes.
Sesame oil
The roasted sesame oil from mildly roasted organic sesame seeds is gently cold-pressed. Thanks to a particularly gentle roasting process, over-roasting is avoided in our company and the valuable ingredients are retained. The proportion of virgin sesame oil is still at least 50%, as we only partially roast the sesame seeds. The resulting mild roasted flavor gives the sesame oil its unmistakable character.
Ginger-lemongrass spice oil
Ginger and lemongrass are characteristic of Southeast Asian cuisine and together they are irresistible. While fresh ginger is now available in well-stocked supermarkets (but is difficult to peel and chop), lemongrass is rarely available fresh in this country. Our ginger-lemongrass seasoning oil is just what you need. Fresh ginger root and lemongrass stalks combine in mill-fresh cold-pressed rapeseed oil to create an intense aroma and taste experience, which is due not least to the naturally high content of essential oils in both plants. Ginger lemongrass is a versatile seasoning oil, whether for meat, fish, tofu or wok dishes. Just a few drops add a deliciously exotic Asian note to any dish.
