The fruity elderflower balsamic vinegar is a mild vinegar with the fine, fruity aroma and taste of the elderflower, which is so popular in this country. The balsamic vinegar is produced through the natural fermentation of elderflower syrup. It is refined with organic Riesling vinegar and a hint of lemon. Elderflower vinegar is suitable for everyday use in the kitchen and is ideal for preparing colorful leaf salads, refining dips and light sauces. In combination with the golden-yellow, roasted hazelnut oil, the vinegar transforms any salad dressing into a nutty, subtle taste experience.
Organic hazelnut oil
Our organic hazelnut oil from roasted nuts is a high-quality edible oil obtained from mildly roasted nuts by cold pressing. It has a yellow color and a mild, sweet and nutty taste reminiscent of nougat. Due to its sweet taste, it is not only suitable for preparing salads but also for refining desserts and ice cream. Hazelnut oil is characterized by its high content of the unsaturated fatty acid oleic acid and is therefore also suitable for frying and steaming.
Olive-lemon seasoning oil
The olive-lemon season ing oil has a fruity note and adds a fresh accent to any salad. We have created this seasoning oil for all gourmets who consider a fine and typical citrus note to be indispensable for finishing off their salad. A high-quality Italian olive oil forms the basis of this seasoning oil, refined with the natural peel extracts of harvested lemons and oranges, naturally from controlled organic cultivation.
