Our date vinegar cream is a fruity-sweet composition with traditionally produced organic balsamic vinegar and organic date syrup. The cream refines salad dressings, sauces and also goes well with cheese. Desserts such as waffles, crêpes, ice cream and fruit salads can also be enhanced with the vinegar cream. One 250 ml bottle contains the fruit content of 150 g of dried dates.

Incidentally, the date vinegar cream combines perfectly with our freshly milled cold-pressed roasted argan oil, the spicy mustard oil or our seeded salad oil. Of course, the sweet cream also goes well with many other oils - with our fine vinegar creams and mill-fresh oils, a vinaigrette can be prepared in endless variations. The basic recipe is very simple: 1 part vinegar, 3 parts oil and salt and pepper to taste.

Naturally without additives

If you discover a cloudy, jelly-like mass in an opened vinegar cream bottle after a while, this does not mean that it has gone off. On the contrary, it is a good sign of a traditionally produced and unpasteurized vinegar. A so-called vinegar mother forms. This is what experts call the important acetic acid bacteria that convert alcohol into acetic acid with the help of oxygen. When a vinegar is opened, these natural little helpers can become active again under certain circumstances.

Slight changes in color are also quite normal with organic products, including our date vinegar cream. If the opened vinegar darkens slightly over time, this does not affect the quality; on the contrary, natural color differences show that we do not use colorants, but offer you a natural product.

Mango

The exotic mango vinegar cream is exceptionally fresh and fruity. The natural and intense mango flavor makes the vinegar an ideal accompaniment for crêpes and waffles. The vinegar cream also adds a special fruity note to sweet and sour Asian sauces. A dressing made from passion fruit seed oil and mango vinegar cream gives salads that special something extra.

Raspberries

Our raspberry vinegar cream impresses with its sweet and sour raspberry notes. Combined with walnut oil, it not only goes perfectly with summer salads but also as a topping for desserts such as vanilla ice cream and panna cotta. A dash of raspberry vinegar cream in mineral water provides a refreshing twist.

Blackberries

Our blackberry vinegar cream is the perfect icing on the cake for fruit salads and desserts. The sweet and sour cream is also perfect for salad dressings. It is best combined with our cold-pressed nut oils such as hazelnut oil, walnut oil or macadamia nut oil.

Pomegranate seeds

Pomegranate seeds are a popular ingredient in salads and desserts. The fine pomegranate vinegar cream adds a unique touch to salads with fruit, raw vegetable salads and goat's cheese. Combined with our pomegranate seed oil, the result is a dressing for gourmets.

Orange

Our fruity-sweet orange vinegar cream is a fine composition of balsamic vinegar and organic orange juice concentrate. The cream goes perfectly with Asian dishes and is also ideal for enhancing salad dressings and sauces. The vinegar cream is also ideal for refining desserts such as waffles, crêpes, ice cream and fruit salads.

Made in our own family factory

The quality of our culinary delicacies is particularly important to us and our motto has always been quality over quantity. That's why a lot of the production of our vinegar creams is still done by hand. Starting with the careful selection of the organic raw materials, the gentle production of the basic vinegars and the matching of the other fine organic ingredients. We produce the fruity vinegar creams exclusively in small batches. The valuable vinegars are also never mixed with synthetic additives. In this way, we ensure that the typical taste and high quality of our products are preserved in the best possible way.

Usage

For salad dressings, sauces, dips and cheese. As a topping for desserts and ice cream, as well as waffles and crêpes.

Leider ist es nicht wirklich eine Creme sondern eher eine Soße. Schade es wurde was anderes versprochen. Über Vanilleeis ist es aber trotzdem ganz lecker aber gewöhnungsbedürftig. Ich werde es eher als Salatdressing verwenden.

Der Geschmack ist gut; ohne Invertzuckersirup würde ich den Essig noch lieber kaufen.
