Coconut cocoa butter lip balm

The lip balm with coconut oil, cocoa butter, pomegranate seed oil and natural beeswax is a rich moisturizer with a melt-in texture. Broccoli seed oil, a nourishing and skin-smoothing oil, gives the lip balm an additional nourishing effect. The lip balm leaves the skin feeling soft and smooth without being sticky.

We do not use synthetic fragrances, colorants or preservatives in the production of our lip balm. Conventional lip balms often contain these and other harmful ingredients such as petroleum-based fats, silicones, stabilizers and cosmetic dyes, which are not only harmful to the environment but also to the skin.

Precious ingredients

Virgin coconut oil forms the basis for our lip balm. The exotic oil gives it a pleasant fragrance and acts as a natural protective coating for unsaturated fatty acids. We embed precious pomegranate seed oil and broccoli seed oil in coconut oil and beeswax, which nourish the lips with their cell-renewing properties.

Natural cocoa butter gives the balm a fine cocoa note, which combines with the delicately scented coconut oil. The high proportion of saturated and unsaturated fatty acids as well as the vitamins, minerals and antioxidants in the cocoa butter provide the skin cells with optimum moisture and protect them from drying out even on cold days.

Pomegranate seed oil is very popular for use as a cosmetic oil. It contains a high proportion of punicic acid, as well as linoleic and palmitic acid, which have antioxidant properties. The amount of flavonoids and polyphenols contained in the oil are considered to be regenerative and protective substances. Broccoli seed oil, a nourishing and skin-smoothing oil, gives the lip balm an additional nourishing effect.

Exfoliation for delicately nourished lips

Exfoliants help the skin to regenerate and remove dead skin cells. They are not only an energy boost for the face and body, but also ensure radiantly beautiful lips. We have a recipe for a nourishing lip scrub for you:

• ½ tsp coconut oil
• ½ tsp coconut blossom sugar or cane sugar
• ½ tsp honey

Mix the ingredients together well, apply and massage gently over the lips for one to two minutes. Rinse off with lukewarm water and pat dry with a soft towel. This gently removes dead cells and revitalizes and nourishes the skin. Then apply the coconut cocoa butter lip care.
