Mild skin care with valuable coconut oil soap

The purely plant-based organic coconut soap Almond is cold-stirred from virgin coconut oil according to traditional methods. With a delicate scent of marzipan and almond blossom from natural essential oils, it gives the skin a sensual fragrance and cares for it at the same time. Our mild soap is ideal for showering and hand washing.

The almond is an elongated, egg-shaped stone fruit with a rough, gray, leathery skin. It is the fruit of the almond tree (Prunus dulcis Rosaceae) and is valued both as a food and as an ingredient in skin care. The reason is obvious: almond oil is very mild. It is suitable for dry and sensitive skin of all ages. It is deeply absorbed by the skin and is well tolerated. Almond oil is suitable for daily care and is a common ingredient in care oil blends, body lotions and massage oils and is also ideal for baby care.

Skin-friendly and moisturizing

Almond coconut soap is well tolerated by the skin and is very suitable as a hand and body soap due to its fine fragrance. All natural lipids, including the valuable glycerine, are retained during production, making the cold-stirred coconut soap ideal for gentle cleansing and skin care. The ability to regulate the skin's moisture and protect it from drying out.

The skin-friendly excess of unsaponified coconut oil in the coconut soap has a pleasant moisturizing effect on the skin with every application. The gentle, very smooth and full-bodied lather develops its fragrant and thorough cleansing power on the skin. Our coconut soaps are made without synthetic fragrances, colorants or preservatives.

The pH value of the coconut soap is 9 to 10 and is therefore slightly alkaline. Our coconut soap and our virgin coconut oil have a slightly antibacterial effect. The coconut oil used for the soap consists of over 60 percent medium-chain fatty acids and contains 50 g lauric acid per 100 g.

Coconut oil as a valuable raw material

We use pure, cold-pressed organic coconut oil to make our soap for good reason. The coconut palm serves as a special resource here, as almost all parts of the plant are used in different ways. It is also affectionately known as the Tree of Life, as it is of enormous economic importance as the most important crop in the tropics. It is also a crucial source of nutrients. The harvested coconut is classified as a highly nutritious functional food. It is rich in fiber, vitamins, minerals and phenolic compounds. Coconut oil is also ideal for the production of our cold-stirred soaps.

Our coconut soap is vegan and is not tested on animals. The coconut oil used comes from controlled organic cultivation.
