Garlic

The garlic seasoning oil is a blend of gently extracted olive oil and freshly harvested garlic. The high-quality olive oil has a full-bodied taste and is rich in monounsaturated fatty acids. Together with spicy garlic, the seasoning oil gives cold and hot dishes a special touch.

The seasoning oil brings the full flavor of garlic into the kitchen - without having to peel and chop the bulb. Red and white garlic form the basis for the fresh aroma of this seasoning oil. It should not be heated too much, otherwise the fine aromas may be lost.

Noble garlic flavor for hot and cold dishes

Garlic is a bulbous plant which, botanically speaking, belongs to a subgenus of the allium family. There are around 300 different varieties worldwide. Garlic (Allium sativum) is at home in almost every kitchen and impresses with its typical, slightly pungent yet spicy taste and intense aroma.

Base for the seasoning oil: organic olive oil from Italy

Sun-ripened, organic olives are centrifuged in the traditional way to create the base for our garlic seasoning oil. The high-quality olive oil from Italy has a fruity taste and a high content of monounsaturated fatty acids. The seasoning oil is an oil extract. The ingredients from the fresh garlic are extracted by soaking in the Italian olive oil, resulting in the full-bodied taste of our garlic seasoning oil.

Not all olive oils are the same

In addition to the organic origin of the raw material and careful processing, good olive oil is above all a question of personal taste. Fruity, full-bodied, grassy-fresh, tart or slightly bitter - the taste of olive oil can vary depending on its origin, the degree of ripeness of the olives, the weather conditions or the variety of the popular stone fruit.

Usage

The garlic olive seasoning oil gives cold and hot dishes an aromatic garlic seasoning. It is ideal with pasta, pizza and vegetable dishes. It is also delicious on its own with bread.

Our tip for a quick pasta dish: cook the pasta al dente, add a few drops of garlic olive seasoning oil and enjoy the flavorful dish.

Das habe ich für meine Nachbarn bestellt und der Mann mag es sehr. Ich habe es auch mal probiert,aber mir ist zuwenig Knoblauch darin.

Geschmack nicht so intensiv wie erwartet, haben aus dem Urlaub schon bessere mitgebracht.
