The delicious combination of sun-ripened smoked peppers and freshly milled rapeseed oil will appeal not only to fans of classic smoked paprika, but to anyone who loves a hearty taste. In addition to smoked paprika, the spice blend contains aromatic mustard seeds, turmeric, garlic, coriander, lovage and fenugreek. Cayenne pepper gives the oil its mild heat. Cinnamon, bay leaves and cardamom round off the flavour.

Our Smoked Paprika Seasoning Oil is also an ideal choice for those on a low salt diet. Similar to smoked salt, the oil adds a strong and spicy flavour to dishes without the addition of salt. Made with premium rapeseed oil from Germany

For our fine, cold-pressed cooking oil, we use only organically grown rapeseed, which is fortunately grown by a number of organic farmers in our region. So we know for sure that our rapeseed is free from manure, sewage sludge, artificial fertilisers, herbicides, pesticides and genetic engineering. As the 'olive oil of the north', our organic rapeseed oil even surpasses the 'olive oil of the south' in its content of polyunsaturated fatty acids. We use it as the base for our aromatic Smoked Paprika Seasoning Oil.

Usage

Smoked Paprika Seasoning Oil is ideal for marinating meat, fish and vegetable dishes. Its smoky, spicy flavour makes it particularly suitable for use with tofu. It adds a special touch to strong sauces for steaks and spare ribs. Also great with chilli con carne, tacos and cheese dishes. Smoked Paprika Seasoning Oil is also an ideal ingredient for making dips, giving cream cheese and yoghurt an appetising red colour and a savoury taste.

Hier hätten wir einen intensiveren, rauchigeren Geschmack erwartet. Um die nötige Würze zu erzielen, muss deutlich höher dosiert werden.

Das Raucharoma ist mir leider zu intensiv. Es überdeckt alle anderen Geschmäcker. Werde ich nicht wieder kaufen.

Gar nicht mein Fall- mag weder den rauchigen Geruch noch den Geschmack! Aber das ist meine sehr subjektive Meinung!
